Charlotte Theron Children's Home

Help a child smile – Because nothings is more previous than the smile of a happy child

Our Managing Director and Founder, Gary Page, visited Bethlehem a few years ago and his heart went out to a Youth Care Centre there. While we enjoy a privileged position of spending holidays with family, many children sit alone in youth care centres across South Africa.

We make an effort to support the Charlotte Theron Children’s Home located in Bethlehem. They have boys and girls aged from two to eighteen years old and assistance over the holiday season go a long way.

We ask that you join us in donating those long forgotten and no longer needed toys, books and clothes which will ensure that these children will experience the love and joy of Christmas and the holiday season.

Sharon is available to assist with the collection of these items for the end of the year:

Thank you in advance for your thoughtful generosity and for bringing smiles to children in need.

Yours sincerely,
Gary Page and the Sere-med Team

The Cheetah Metapopulation Initiative

A portion of the revenue from selected products bought from Sere-med is contributed to The Metapopulation Initiative (TMI)

The Metapopulation Initiative (TMI) works across borders and ecosystems to ensure the long-term survival of endangered carnivores – most notably the cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus). Their projects are grounded in science, built on collaboration, and designed to connect fragmented populations through coordinated translocations and active metapopulation management.

They focus on areas where natural movement is no longer possible, stepping in to move individuals between reserves, protect genetic diversity, and reintroduce cheetahs into landscapes where they once roamed.
